Our newest wine bar brings the culture of wine to another up and coming district of Tampa, Florida

Society Wine Bar has opened a second location in trendy Seminole Heights. The wine bar is located in the Graham Building at 6703 N. Florida Ave. The grand opening, with a complimentary tasting table, was a three-day weekend celebration with staff and customers.

“We’re looking to extend the culture of wine to Seminole Heights,” says Founder and CEO Jayme Kosar. “Seminole Heights is up and coming; they’re certainly a food destination. I think a wine bar would be an excellent fit.”

Society Wine Bar is an exciting low-cost investment and unique first-to-market concept with the possibility of high revenue. Led by a team of highly respected wine and franchising experts, Society Wine Bar is offering a simple and profitable menu of wine, craft beer and small plates, as well as continuing education through weekly wine classes. Our subscription-based wine club rounds out a four-part revenue stream for our highly scalable business model that has taken Tampa by storm.

With our original flagship location and the new Seminole Heights in Tampa, Florida, Society Wine Bar is ramping up for rapid nationwide expansion. If you are passionate about wine and want to own a low-investment wine bar with high revenue potential and multiple revenue streams, a Society Wine Bar is a smart business to own.

Society Wine Bar staffed by sommeliers

Just like our flagship Ybor City location, the Seminole Heights Society Wine Bar will have 200 different wines available by the glass or bottle, ranging in price from $5 to $50 a glass. “We have every price point and every palate covered,” says Jayme.

Along with an enjoyable glass of wine, Society Wine Bar customers get an education about the wine he or she is drinking. All the bar’s serving staff are sommeliers, Kosar says. They can share stories about the heritage of the grape and histories of the families who have owned vineyards for many generations.

“Our experienced sommeliers tell you about the winemaker and his family, how the grapes are grown,” she says. “We’re the whole thing. We don’t just pour you a glass of wine; we are the glass of wine.”

The wine bar also stocks 100 different types of bottled craft beers from around the world. Small plate food offerings can be ordered that complement the wine, including hummus, a cheese board, spinach and artichoke dip served with organic pita chips.
